Onboarding Coach

About the role

Cloudbeds is looking for an Onboarding Coach to help hospitality clients adopt our all‑in‑one property management platform. You will act as a trusted guide, ensuring new users feel confident and capable using the system from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via video, phone, and email.
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues across multiple channels.
• Partner with Sales to define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and promote product adoption.
• Record activities in Salesforce, gather feedback, and share insights for product improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hospitality experience (e.g., Front Desk, Revenue Management).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer‑facing roles within the hospitality or SaaS industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused, empathetic approach.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects or accounts.
