Operations & Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Provide service and quality for binning, order execution and stock maintenance for Volvo brands, supporting the dealer network and central warehouse in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments, returns, buy‑backs and cores.
• Bin goods according to established procedures and report discrepancies.
• Pick and pack parts and kits following routine processes.
• Maintain orderly stock, participate in perpetual and periodic stock‑taking, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Support extended opening hours and 24/7 service, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage order intake and handling for Volvo‑owned and private dealer networks, including back‑order coordination.
• Coordinate incoming shipments with customs brokers and transport companies, update ETA information and release back‑orders.
• Resolve customer discrepancies in collaboration with the warehouse team and handle returns and buy‑backs in the system.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
• Self‑motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good time‑management and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient with IT and administrative tools.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
