About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical Operations Director to join our senior management team. In this role you will oversee day‑to‑day business operations, manage the company budget, ensure compliance with operational standards, and resolve administrative challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Measure the effectiveness of all core processes, including budgeting, operations, and management.
- Define and drive the company’s strategic growth as a member of the executive team.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and projects to align with business objectives.
- Maintain operational compliance and address any administrative issues promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in operations or senior management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven experience in product management.
