Part-time Partnerships & Development Division Member

About the role

The Partnerships and Development Division Member will support AJLS in designing, implementing, and monitoring partnership initiatives that advance health leadership among youth. This part‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration in Rabat with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage institutional, academic, and community partners.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain follow‑up documentation.
• Contribute to project proposals, funding applications, and activity reports.
• Assist in planning events and activities that promote AJLS’s mission.
• Collaborate with other AJLS divisions to ensure timely documentation of activities.
• Collect and analyse data to evaluate the impact of partnership efforts.

Required profile

• Experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or community outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Interest or background in public health, healthcare, social development, or youth leadership.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment using digital collaboration tools.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Relevant academic background in health sciences, social sciences, public policy, management, or related fields.

Required skills
