Physics & Mathematics Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physics and Mathematics Teacher to join Khalil Gibran School Rabat in September 2026. You will deliver high‑quality lessons to a diverse student body within a progressive, British‑style learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Physics and Mathematics lessons.
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that motivates learners of all abilities.
• Assess, record and report student progress in line with school policies.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management, discipline and safeguarding.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, moderation and planning.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress and well‑being.
• Support school events, extracurricular activities and pastoral duties as needed.
• Participate in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice.

Required profile

• A relevant degree, PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent in the subject area.
• Minimum of two years teaching the British curriculum.
• Proven experience teaching both Mathematics and Physics.
• Confidence in using IT for teaching and a strong understanding of educational technologies.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with educational platforms and learning apps is preferred.
