Pilote planning – Automotive sector

About the role

As a Planning Pilot in the automotive sector, you will support the coordination of product development, purchasing contracts and quality monitoring across multiple engineering trades. You will work closely with model owners, PLM teams and quality departments to ensure smooth project progression.

Key responsibilities

• Update dashboards using BI/BO tools, macro extraction, PLM and PEPP data.
• Lead weekly meetings with trades such as ADAS, DSEE and Engines.
• Monitor PRS purchasing contracts, series production and supply‑part issues.
• Track officializations (OCM, NFC) and follow up business items in GIMUX meetings.
• Coordinate codification meetings, maintain tracking files and monitor open subjects.
• Build Product Definition Documents (PDD) together with quality and trade experts.
• Define use cases involving NFC, product variation and emulation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in project planning or coordination within the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to review project milestones, produce progress summaries and resolve blocking issues.
• Experience updating landing files and supporting modernization initiatives.
• Strong coordination and meeting‑facilitation skills, especially within PLM environments.
