PMO Cyber Transformation

About the role

The Bank of Africa is seeking a PMO Cyber Transformation to structure governance and monitoring of its cybersecurity project portfolio. The role ensures visibility of program progress, aligns business, IT and security teams, and supports the delivery of the bank’s cyber‑transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and facilitate governance bodies, milestones and committee processes for the cyber portfolio.
• Consolidate progress tracking, resource loading, budgets and risk registers across all projects.
• Produce dashboards and reports for the program sponsor and steering committee.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams from business units, IT and security to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Identify and raise early alerts on risks, dependencies and issues.
• Standardise project‑management tools and practices throughout the program.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Information Systems, Project Management, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience as a PMO, in IT projects or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to coordinate, report and drive transversal initiatives.
• Excellent organisational skills and familiarity with reporting and steering tools.
