Procurement Lead – Morocco

About the role

As the Procurement Lead for Morocco, you will be the single point of contact for local business leaders, managing the flow between stakeholders, sourcing teams, and suppliers. You will ensure material availability, support business continuity, and drive cost‑effective procurement across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for procurement activities at sites and across the country cluster.
• Oversee daily interactions with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, and suppliers.
• Execute sourcing projects, spot‑buying, and contracting in line with regional/global strategies.
• Own source‑to‑pay compliance, monitor key indicators, and take corrective actions.
• Implement and manage contracts locally, including SAP contract creation for raw and packaging materials.
• Coach Master Shoppers and procurement specialists and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing within a manufacturing or consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
