Program Buyer

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for a Program Buyer to support the coordination between the Purchasing function and platform teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain) for vehicle development and serial production. The role will manage a dedicated supplier perimeter, drive negotiations, and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier kick‑off meetings after award confirmation.
• Negotiate volume increases and manage economic impacts of design changes.
• Release final start‑of‑production prices and handle project change notices.
• Identify troubled suppliers, anticipate shortages and coordinate escalations.
• Support Supplier Quality teams to meet capacity and quality targets.
• Conduct summary meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional specialty teams to manage negotiations and engineering changes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supplier negotiation.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English (B2‑C1 level).
