Project Manager Engineer – Transfer Projects

About the role

TE Connectivity is looking for a Project Manager Engineer to lead transfer projects that support strategic growth of local manufacturing sites. You will work across all project phases, ensuring alignment with TE standards and customer expectations while collaborating with diverse, multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage transfer projects from initiation through closure, following the defined transfer process and procedures.
• Plan release timelines, track implementation, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Escalate bottlenecks promptly and develop pragmatic action plans for management approval.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders on tool and process transfers, ensuring smooth hand‑overs.
• Provide weekly status reports to management and maintain clear project documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong written, oral, and documentation skills in English and French.
• Analytical problem‑solving ability and capacity to manage multiple, conflicting design demands.
• Proven project leadership in multi‑functional, multicultural environments.
• Experience leading virtual teams and using collaboration tools such as Teamwork.
