Prompt Writer (AI Training) – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for imaginative writers to shape the way advanced AI systems think, reason, and respond. As a Prompt Writer, you will create diverse questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI capabilities, helping to make the technology smarter, safer, and more reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Craft original, varied prompts across many topics, formats, and difficulty levels.
• Design questions and scenarios that probe AI reasoning, creativity, and factual accuracy.
• Develop prompts that evaluate AI safety, consistency, and response quality.
• Follow style guides and prompt‑writing frameworks to ensure project consistency.
• Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable writing clearly on a wide range of subjects.
• Naturally curious, enjoys exploring ideas and asking tough questions.
