Recruitment & Training Supervisor

About the role

Speedaf, an integrated logistics service provider, is seeking a pragmatic and results‑oriented Recruitment & Training Supervisor to lead talent acquisition and learning & development for its Morocco team. The role will initially focus on building recruitment capacity to support rapid business growth, later evolving into a balanced focus on both recruitment and training.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with the annual workforce strategy, managing full‑cycle hiring from demand alignment to onboarding.
• Optimize and manage diverse recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, headhunters, referrals, campus recruitment) while controlling costs and evaluating effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business units to define talent profiles, interview standards, and improve hiring quality.
• Build and maintain a talent database for ongoing candidate engagement and pipeline development.
• Analyze recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, channel conversion) to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and continuously improve the employee training system, covering orientation, job‑specific skills, and leadership development.
• Conduct training needs assessments, develop annual/quarterly training plans and budgets, and track program effectiveness.
• Develop internal trainer pool, manage external training resources, and support succession planning.
• Optimize recruitment and training policies, processes, and tools, and communicate company culture through HR activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with hands‑on involvement in both recruitment and training/development.
• Preferably experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries.
• Strong collaboration skills with business departments and ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
