Responsable Contrôle des Opérations – Public Competition

About the role

Rabat Ville Verte is launching a public competition to fill three key positions within its operations: a senior Operations Control Manager, a GIS Engineer, and a Procurement & General Services Manager. The roles support the city’s green initiatives by ensuring efficient field operations, accurate spatial data management, and effective procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operations Control Manager: oversee field operations, monitor quality, and lead project execution across industrial and civil engineering projects.
• GIS Engineer: develop, maintain and analyse geographic information systems, produce maps and spatial datasets for urban planning.
• Procurement & General Services Manager: manage purchasing activities, negotiate contracts, and supervise general services and logistics.

Required profile

• Operations Control Manager: state‑engineer degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, logistics or related field; 10‑12 years of experience in field operations, quality control or project management.
• GIS Engineer: engineering or master’s degree in geomatics, GIS or geography; minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Procurement & General Services Manager: bachelor’s or master’s degree in procurement, logistics, supply‑chain or related discipline; at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
