About the role

As a Revenue (Pricing & Uptake) Professional you will design and price landside transportation solutions for customers across Full Container Load (FCL), rail and depot services. You will work closely with tender processes, translating customer needs into competitive, cost‑effective offers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored landside transportation solutions (FCL, rail, depot) for customers.
• Analyse customer requirements and market dynamics to shape transportation strategies.
• Set competitive pricing that aligns with client expectations and business objectives.
• Manage tender responses and transportation requests, ensuring optimal solutions.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition to continuously refine pricing models.
• Report on KPIs such as volume growth, conversion ratios and gross profit delivery.
• Analyse market intelligence and customer landscape to adjust strategies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in freight forwarding, preferably in solution creation and pricing for landside transport.
• Strong knowledge of market prices, transportation solutions and industry trends.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial orientation with the ability to balance competitive pricing and value creation.
• Self‑driven, collaborative and comfortable in a fast‑paced international environment.
