Road Operation Administrator

About the role

The Road Operation Administrator ensures the smooth flow of goods across road networks by planning optimal routes, monitoring performance, and guaranteeing compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will act as the central hub for all transportation activities, linking carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound ground shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Design efficient transport routes that minimize cost and transit time.
• Maintain active communication with carriers to manage delays, cancellations, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, finance, and other departments to streamline logistics processes.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in road freight logistics, preferably within the transport sector.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of road freight transportation in Morocco.
• Understanding of international trade regulations between Morocco and Europe.
• Experience with transport management software and tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
