Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

WAZO PACKAGING is seeking a Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator to manage daily sales activities and align supply with customer demand. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Marrakech or Agadir, and works closely with sales, operations, finance and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales processes, handle order entry and maintain communication with customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements and ensure accurate data in ERP/inventory systems.
• Collaborate with operations to align production, packing and dispatch schedules with demand forecasts.
• Track shipments, prepare sales and supply reports, and support customer inquiries.
• Work with finance and logistics to verify client payment schedules and resolve delivery or product issues.
• Optimize warehouse and logistics workflows to improve packing efficiency and dispatch timing.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales coordination, supply chain, logistics or related agribusiness/FMCG roles.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation and demand forecasting.
• Proven operations and inventory management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple orders and seasonal peaks.
• Diploma or degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Marrakech or Agadir within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
