Sales Key Account Management Winter Internship

About the role

The Winter Internship Summit offers a full‑day immersion into a Sales Key Account Manager role at P&G’s Casablanca office. Selected interns join the Strategic Sales department to work on real‑world projects in key‑account management, shopper‑based design, category management and business analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow long‑term partnerships with national key customers and online retailers.
• Develop and present business plans, pricing, assortment and promotional strategies.
• Analyse product categories and market trends to propose solutions that meet customer objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare negotiations and commercial recommendations for categories such as laundry, oral care and hair care.
• Drive turnover improvement by suggesting strategic choices on budget, assortment and promotions.

Required profile

• University student interested in sales, marketing, finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand customer and shopper needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
