Sales Management Manager – Morocco

About the role

The Sales Management Manager will define and execute commercial strategies that align with the Group’s objectives, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer portfolio across multiple logistics business units in Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets and sustainable growth.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives for key accounts, managing negotiations, tenders and proposals.
• Coach and develop the sales team, monitoring performance and ensuring execution of sales strategies.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to align commercial priorities and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and drive process improvements, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Manage commercial budgets, provide performance updates to senior management, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in business development or commercial leadership.
• Proven experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
