Sales Operation Associate

About the role

The Sales Operation Associate supports day‑to‑day sales and customer service activities for assigned accounts, primarily indirect sales. The role acts as a bridge between Arrow’s internal teams, vendors and customers to ensure smooth order processing and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process routine and smaller customer orders accurately, reviewing purchase orders for pricing, freight terms, specifications and part numbers.
• Enter sales orders into Arrow’s ERP system and collaborate with shared services to resolve complex issues.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, RMA requests, credit status, expediting and shipping requirements.
• Maintain control of open backlog, service requests and RMAs from entry through billing.
• Research and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies related to price, quantity, freight and tax codes.
• Assist with customer quote activities in line with quoting processes and order management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (5 years for warehouse‑focused roles).
• Entry‑level candidate with ability to follow prescribed procedures and work under supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer needs.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (Arrow ERP, Oracle ERP).
