Sales Section Manager – Entry Level

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble as an Entry Level Sales Section Manager and take charge of building long‑term partnerships with key customers in Casablanca. You will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans that create shared value for shoppers, retailers, and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive, long‑term relationships with assigned customers.
• Understand customer needs, shopper behavior, category dynamics and market trends.
• Adapt national commercial guidelines to the specific client context.
• Negotiate contracts, promotional plans and innovation introductions.
• Prepare volume forecasts and joint business plans.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues and act as the liaison for the customer.
• Deliver on sales, shipment and market share targets by executing plans at store and customer level.

Required profile

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+5) and up to 3 years of work experience.
• Strong external focus with a passion for sales and customer success.
• Creative, innovative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
