Salesforce Administrator Internship

About the role

Evernex is looking for a motivated Salesforce Administrator intern to support its global technology infrastructure. You will work closely with the Digital & Technology team to ensure smooth operation of core business applications and contribute to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming support tickets and provide L1‑L2 assistance to business users.
• Perform day‑to‑day system administration tasks such as user management, access provisioning, profiles, and permission sets.
• Support the administration of Salesforce environments, including user provisioning, security model, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist in maintaining and deploying business applications and environments.
• Document configurations, processes, and solutions to promote knowledge sharing.
• Support end‑user onboarding and deliver basic application training.
• Identify and escalate recurring issues to drive root‑cause resolution.

Required profile

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) – mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience or strong academic grounding in Salesforce administration.
• Familiarity with IT support processes and ticket handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and conversational English (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Salesforce administration (user provisioning, security model, flows, reports, dashboards).
• Basic knowledge of Apex and SOQL.
• Experience with Gearset or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Understanding of release management processes.
