Salesforce Tester – Functional & Integration QA

About the role

The Salesforce Tester will support the reliable delivery of Forterro’s Salesforce platform, with a focus on Salesforce CRM and CPQ. Working within Enterprise IT Applications, the role translates business and technical requirements into structured test scenarios and provides clear evidence that new capabilities, enhancements and fixes are ready for release.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute functional, system, integration, regression and exploratory testing across Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
• Translate user stories, acceptance criteria and business requirements into test scenarios, test cases and test data.
• Validate key CRM and CPQ processes such as leads, accounts, opportunities, product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, renewals and amendments.
• Test Salesforce integrations, APIs, data flows, security permissions and business‑specific configurations.
• Identify, document and track defects, working closely with administrators and developers to verify fixes and manage quality risks.

Required profile

• At least two years of hands‑on experience testing Salesforce software development.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, and ability to work independently in an Agile environment.
