SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to lead change management for a strategic IT roll‑out. You will ensure high user adoption of the new SAP tools across the client’s teams by designing and executing a comprehensive change strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the change management strategy within the roll‑out framework.
• Lead communication and stakeholder management activities.
• Build and support a network of change agents (multipliers).
• Drive change enablement, monitor adoption, collect feedback and adjust actions.
• Manage resistance, resolve conflicts and ensure smooth transition.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management using ADKAR or Prosci methodologies.
• Strong understanding of finance, logistics and HR processes impacted by SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules FI, MM, SD, PP.
• Proven experience in end‑user training (guides, manuals, simulations, FAQs).
• Ability to facilitate workshops and clearly communicate S/4HANA benefits.
• Fluent in French (B2) and English (C1); German is a plus.
