Senior Finance Analyst (Finance Operations)

About the role

The Flex is scaling its global flexible‑accommodation platform and needs a senior finance professional to own critical financial processes, analyse performance and support strategic decisions. You will sit at the centre of the company’s financial operations, working directly with founders, senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring data is complete, validated and fully supported.
• Identify manual finance processes, design efficient workflows and partner with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other channels, as well as bank accounts and incoming funds.
• Track accounts payable and receivable, review supplier invoices and company expenses.
• Manage statutory filings and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for real‑time performance visibility.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, plan capital requirements and identify financial risks.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional comfortable working across accounting, analysis, reporting, payments and budgeting.
• Experience collaborating with operations, revenue management, property teams and senior leadership.
• Ambitious individual looking to grow into finance management or CFO‑track roles.
