Senior MLOps / AIOps Engineer

About the role

RED TIC is looking for a Senior MLOps / AIOps Engineer to bridge the gap between machine‑learning model development and production deployment. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and robust ML solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Automate and streamline deployment of machine‑learning models into production environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid experimentation while ensuring quality and performance.
• Establish robust monitoring systems to track model performance, detect drift and degradation.
• Design and manage infrastructure for training and serving models at scale using cloud resources and container orchestration.
• Develop data pipelines for model training and testing, ensuring versioning and reproducibility.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps or software engineering, with at least 1 year focused on ML model deployment.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java or Go is a plus.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow or TFX.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) and container technologies (Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
