Senior Project Scheduler

About the role

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead the planning and control of complex EPC projects in the waste‑to‑value sector. You will ensure that engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities are accurately sequenced and tracked to meet project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide schedule analysis, progress reporting and forecasting to project teams and senior management.
• Coordinate scheduling activities with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in planning and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls within EPC, energy, industrial or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning processes.
• Fluent in both French and English with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
