Senior Sales Representative

About the role

Join Hempel’s Winning Infrastructure Team as a Senior Sales Representative covering Morocco and other North‑Africa markets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Energy & Infrastructure North Africa, you will connect customers with internal stakeholders and gain exposure to international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets through analysis, prioritisation and focused activities.
• Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers.
• Respond to inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and close sales orders within authority limits.
• Develop long‑term sales plans for key accounts and adapt activities to meet objectives.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, budgets and handle customer administration.
• Provide technical support in collaboration with the Technical Service team.

Required profile

• Strong commercial skills with a good standard of education and knowledge of the coating and painting industry.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities, result‑oriented and dedicated.
• Excellent multitasking capability to manage end‑to‑end processes.
• Ability to present and negotiate successfully across a diverse customer base.
• Willingness to travel 20‑40% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in English, Arabic and French.
• Knowledge of the coating and painting industry.
