Service Engineer – Casablanca

About the role

Belden is seeking a Service Engineer to lead network installations, rollouts and migrations across Morocco. Based in Casablanca, you will work on‑site with customers to commission and support WAN, LAN, routing, telephony and CCTV solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new network installations, rollouts and migration of customer applications.
• Perform on‑site system commissioning after subcontractor work and ensure site acceptance.
• Handle incidents and client requests according to SLAs, providing rapid response for critical issues.
• Monitor and intervene on existing installations, conduct support and testing activities.
• Participate in rotating on‑call schedule (nights/weekends) from home.
• Design, configure and commission new solutions (WAN, LAN, Routing, Telephony, CCTV, etc.).
• Assist Project Managers during technical studies, engineering and execution.
• Provide technical support to Sales Managers and produce reports, documentation and procedures in French.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of technical support or service experience in networking.
• Highly autonomous, team‑oriented with strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Resident in or near Casablanca for rapid on‑site intervention.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Morocco, including remote locations.
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
