About the role
ADM is seeking a Shift Lab Analyst to support its food safety, quality and environmental programs. The analyst will work on a rotating shift schedule, ensuring that raw materials, production processes and finished products meet strict quality specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in safety, food safety and environment programs, including audits, committees, inspections and improvement activities.
- Control the compliance of raw materials.
- Control and verify the compliance of effluents.
- Control and verify the production process.
- Participate in Ring Test programs to guarantee the reliability and performance of analyses.
- Control, verify and monitor the quality of finished products and co‑products.
- Release deliveries after validation of their compliance with quality specifications.
- Perform and master the physico‑chemical analyses required for quality control.
- Verify and ensure proper functioning of laboratory and process equipment such as FT‑NIR and pH meters.
