Supply Chain Master Data Analyst

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of product and material data within its information systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support new product introductions, engineering changes, and end‑of‑life processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise data correctness entered into the Information System through auditing processes.
• Analyze product flows, material inventories, and scheduling methods to define optimal data structures in line with group recommendations.
• Coordinate interfaces for new product introductions, engineering changes, and product end‑of‑life.
• Maintain up‑to‑date procedures for product data creation and lead material change coordination meetings.
• Initiate and manage the entry of new components and products into Supply Chain Information Systems.
• Create and update parts, bills of material, locations, packaging, and labels according to defined typologies and local standards (GALIA, VDA).
• Collaborate regularly with other departments and participate in cross‑functional teams.
• Support quality system activities such as Compass 1000.

Required profile

• Ability to lead material change coordination meetings.
• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating product and material flows.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a supply‑chain environment.
