Supply Chain Scheduler (M/F)

About the role

The Supply Chain Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the availability of raw materials and components to meet production plans and customer demand. You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain process.

Key responsibilities

• Track Master Production Schedule (MPS) achievement and propose preventive actions to guarantee material availability.
• Set and maintain optimal inventory levels for assigned raw material and component families.
• Measure Supplier Service Rate (SSR) and develop action plans to improve supplier performance.
• Generate weekly forecasts for suppliers and monitor daily material arrivals against firm orders.
• Communicate precise, reliable information to suppliers, adapting frequency and method to the situation.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose quick corrective actions, and follow up on logistics/purchasing meetings.
• Support implementation of supply‑chain tools such as Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, and Milk‑run.
• Collaborate with external flow analysts on inbound transportation planning.
• Assist inventory counting and ensure accuracy in coordination with ERP and inventory control analysts.
• Alert sales and management in crisis situations, define priorities, and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain planning, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production, sales, and inventory data.
• Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
