Supply Chain Scheduler (M/F)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Scheduler (M/F) to manage inventory levels of raw materials and component families, ensuring that production schedules are met and supplier performance is optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Master Production Schedule (MPS) achievement and propose preventive actions to guarantee material availability.
• Set and maintain appropriate inventory levels for raw materials and components, leading reduction initiatives.
• Measure Supplier Service Rate (SSR) for each supplier and develop improvement action plans.
• Report daily inventory status and ensure materials meet complete customer demand.
• Plan raw‑material and component requirements based on Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning and the MPS, and send weekly forecasts to suppliers.
• Track daily material arrivals, coordinate timely shipments, and communicate precise information to suppliers.
• Identify bottlenecks, attend logistics/purchasing meetings, and follow up on related action plans.
• Support implementation of pull‑flow, Kanban, EDI, milk‑run and other supply‑chain tools.
• Define inbound transportation plans with external flow analysts and assist with inventory counting to maintain accuracy.
• Alert sales during crises, coordinate priorities, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain regular supplier contacts, propose logistics protocols, and ensure backup coverage during holidays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain scheduling, inventory management and supplier coordination.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor KPIs such as SSR and inventory levels.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with logistics, purchasing, production and sales teams.
• Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
