System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer to join ALTEN Maroc in Rabat. The role focuses on managing system requirements, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring deliverable compliance across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage system requirements (write, update, track).
• Lead supplier interactions (documentation, planning, clause management).
• Verify compliance with specification requirements.
• Validate supplier deliverables (3D design, wiring, functional, industrialisation).
• Participate in technical meetings with clients.
• Draft, lead and monitor performance testing of equipment.
• Take part in change control committee meetings.
• Interface with project teams (Control, 3D Design, Wiring, RAMS, Validation).

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical or Embedded Systems.
• 3‑5 years of experience in requirements management and supplier coordination.
• Strong communication skills in French and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to synthesize information, work autonomously and take initiative.
