Tech Lead – Architecture & Code Quality

About the role

We are seeking a senior Tech Lead to own the architectural integrity and code quality of our core fintech platform. You will act as the bridge between product vision and technical execution, ensuring the system remains scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive architectural strategy, including micro‑services adoption and performance scaling.
• Lead technical design, planning and documentation for major system enhancements.
• Write and review critical code to maintain hands‑on expertise.
• Identify and reduce technical debt, introducing innovative frameworks and tools.
• Establish and enforce code review standards, automated quality checks, testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and assess risks.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of full‑stack architecture, data models and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
