Technical Support Engineer – Spanish Market

About the role

As a Technical Support Engineer for the Spanish market, you will join Dell Technologies’ Enterprise Technical Support team in Casablanca. You will help customers resolve complex issues with Dell hardware and software, providing remote diagnostics, guidance and solutions in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer‑reported issues on servers, storage and networking products.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to troubleshoot and escalate problems as needed.
• Provide feedback to Engineering to improve product quality and reliability.
• Prioritize cases, set expectations with customers and ensure timely, respectful communication.
• Document all interactions and drive operational excellence through quality closures.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new server, storage and networking technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (desirable).

Required skills

• Knowledge of server and storage technologies.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (WAN/LAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancing).
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux server operating systems.
