About the role
We are looking for a skilled Plumbing and Sanitary Technician to join the maintenance team of a large shopping centre in Rabat. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all plumbing and sanitary installations within the facility. The role involves regular site inspections, documentation of work performed, and compliance with local building codes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing and sanitary systems to avoid breakdowns.
- Carry out corrective repairs and troubleshooting of fluid‑related installations.
- Inspect and test water supply, drainage, and waste systems regularly.
- Collaborate with other maintenance trades to support overall facility operations.
Required profile
- Experience in maintaining and repairing plumbing and sanitary installations.
- Ability to work on fluid‑related systems and, if possible, other maintenance lots.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
