Techno Functional Analyst (Mid/Senior) – AX ERP

About the role

We are seeking a Techno Functional Analyst with mid to senior‑level experience to lead AX ERP integration projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring that integration requirements are captured, documented, and delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with B2B partners and internal stakeholders to gather business processes and pain points.
• Conduct discovery workshops, produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Design end‑to‑end technical solutions, map partner requirements to product capabilities, and configure ERP, CRM, and SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams on enhancements, review APIs, system architecture, and integration workflows.
• Perform system testing, support UAT and SIT, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Assist sales teams with technical demos, solution proposals, effort estimations, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Serve as liaison between client business teams and internal technical teams, providing regular implementation updates.
• Analyze business data, create dashboards, ensure data migration accuracy, and deliver post‑go‑live support and user training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in functional or business analysis roles within integration projects.
• Strong understanding of middleware concepts and ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Familiarity with EDI, XML, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP, and REST APIs from a functional perspective.
• Experience mapping processes and documenting requirements using standard tools.
