Training Design Manager – Business Learning

About the role

The Training Design Manager will lead the redesign of new‑hire and cross‑skill training programs for multiple business lines. This strategic position blends instructional design expertise, project management, and AI‑driven content creation to deliver scalable, learner‑centered solutions that support business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses and content audits to identify gaps and outdated material.
• Design curriculum architecture aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy and business KPIs.
• Select and configure AI tools (Agent Trainer, EasyGenerator, Prism, NotebookLM, Google Vids, Gemini Pro, Fuel IX Copilot) for each learning module.
• Develop detailed facilitator guides, scripting, timing, and contingency plans.
• Create assessment rubrics linked to Kirkpatrick Levels 1‑4.
• Produce learner‑facing materials such as job aids, quick reference guides, and infographics.
• Coordinate a network of Points of Contact across business lines, ensuring consistency and quality of content.
• Oversee live delivery of redesigned programs to maintain fidelity to instructional design.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instructional design and training program management.
• Strong project‑management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent programs.
• Excellent collaboration skills with business stakeholders, subject‑matter experts, and facilitators.
• Ability to translate learning objectives into measurable business outcomes.
