Novancy Consulting, leader in IT recruitment and talent acquisition, is seeking an Assistant Polyvalent Administration et Facturation H/F to join our Casablanca office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative and financial operations, ensuring that invoicing, billing, and commercial documentation are processed accurately and on time. You will collaborate closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts, prepare invoices, and maintain up-to-date records in our ERP system. Additionally, you will support the commercial department by preparing quotes, managing client contracts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

We expect you to bring strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP or accounting software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in French and English are required, as you will interact with internal teams and external clients.
