Business & Economics Educator – Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic educator to join our team in Rabat, Morocco. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality lessons in Business and Economics, fostering a learning environment that encourages analytical thinking, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons that meet educational standards.
• Use interactive teaching methods, real‑life case studies, and technology to enhance student engagement.
• Design, administer, and assess assignments, projects, and examinations to monitor student progress.
• Support students in developing critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent consultations, and school events to promote student success.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in Business and/or Economics.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
• Strong communication, planning, and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about education, innovation, and student success.
