Orange Business, a global leader in digital transformation, is looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Consultant to strengthen its Digital Services team in Morocco. This position is a full‑time, permanent role (CDI) with a hybrid work model that blends office presence and remote work, allowing the consultant to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and Architecture: Create comprehensive solutions for ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Human Resources (HR), and Customer Service Management (CSM). Translate business requirements into technical designs that align with Orange’s Build, Run, and Technical Maintenance & Assurance (TMA) projects.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure workflows, forms, and business rules. Use JavaScript and Jelly Script to develop custom scripts, UI policies, and client‑side logic that enhance user experience and automate processes.
- API Integration: Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Ensure secure, efficient data exchange between ServiceNow and partner applications.
- Incident and Problem Management: Resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide root‑cause analysis. Collaborate with support teams to improve incident handling and reduce recurrence.
- Client Engagement: Lead workshops and training sessions for internal stakeholders and external clients. Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights that drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Documentation: Produce detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best‑practice manuals that support knowledge transfer and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bac+5 technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, covering at least ITSM, FSM, HR, and CSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly Script, CSS, and HTML for front‑end and back‑end development.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Foundation principles and experience applying them in a ServiceNow context.
- Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of CMDB concepts and best practices for data integrity and governance.
- Experience working in Agile environments, particularly Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
