Novancy Consulting, a premier IT recruitment and staffing firm headquartered in Casablanca, is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Deployment Manager IAM to support its growing portfolio of technology clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end deployment of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and adherence to security best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting IAM solutions tailored to client requirements, covering user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and audit.
• Leading the implementation of IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, or similar, and integrating them with SAP, Salesforce, and other middleware.
• Collaborating with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Conducting risk assessments, performing security reviews, and ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Providing post‑deployment support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Proven experience in IAM deployment and administration.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (API, SAML, OAuth, LDAP).
• Familiarity with middleware platforms and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
