AI Powered z.systems, a leading technology firm specializing in artificial intelligence solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Casablanca team. This position is integral to our mission of delivering cutting‑edge AI products that transform business processes across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready machine learning models that solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing ML pipelines, ensuring high performance, reliability, and reproducibility.
• Implement best practices for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyper‑parameter tuning, and evaluation.
• Integrate ML models into production environments using containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor model performance in production, detect drift, and implement retraining strategies.
• Document model development processes, code, and results for internal knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest research and industry trends in machine learning, deep learning, and AI ethics.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in machine learning or data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying models to the cloud.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills in French; English proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.
