Senior Officer, Business Analysis

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Officer, Business Analysis to support its Global Hiring Project. The role sits within the Transformation Delivery Department and will work on projects that have an IT component, helping to shape current and future business processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with diverse teams to discover, analyse and document business requirements, processes, data flows and integration needs.
• Align documented goals with Save the Children’s strategic priorities and ensure they are clearly communicated.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Architecture team to verify compliance with organisational standards.
• Partner with test engineers to design comprehensive test cases that validate functional requirements.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Business Analysis methodology and support continuous improvement of BA tools and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation projects or programmes.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear specifications.
• Fluent English and the right to work in the country of assignment.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
