As a Senior Technical Lead, you will champion the architectural integrity and long‑term maintainability of our core platform. Your responsibilities will span strategic design, code quality enforcement, and close collaboration with product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Strategy & Deep Technical Understanding – Own the entire application stack, data models, and infrastructure to guide strategic decisions.
• Design Leadership – Lead technical design, planning, and documentation for major system enhancements, including microservices adoption and performance scaling.
• Hands‑On Code Contribution – Actively contribute code to critical components, maintaining technical proficiency and credibility.
• Future Proofing – Identify and address technical debt proactively, introducing innovative solutions and frameworks to improve developer efficiency and system reliability.
• Code Quality Assurance & Review – Own and enforce the team’s code review process, ensuring adherence to performance, security, maintainability, and architectural consistency.
• Mentorship Through Review – Use code reviews as a primary mechanism for knowledge transfer and mentorship.
• Tooling & Automation – Define and implement automated quality checks, testing frameworks, and continuous integration processes.
• Product Alignment & Technical Translation – Serve as the technical liaison to the Product Owner, translating product goals into actionable technical tasks.
• Risk Analysis & Roadmap Influence – Collaborate with the PO to assess feasibility, identify risks, and advise on the technical roadmap.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with significant experience in senior or principal roles focused on system design and architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable, high‑availability, and fault‑tolerant systems.
• Extensive experience conducting detailed, constructive, and effective code reviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working successfully within an Agile environment.
• Preferred: Experience in FinTech, E‑commerce, or Data Analytics domains.
• Familiarity with multiple architectural styles (Monolithic, Microservices, Event‑Driven).
• Certifications in relevant cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
