About the role
As a Stewarding Supervisor you will lead the cleaning and hygiene operations in the kitchen and back‑of‑house areas of a Hilton hotel. You will ensure serviceware excellence, maintain a safe environment, and support seamless banquet and event delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning and polishing of chinaware, silverware, and kitchen utensils to the highest hygiene standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
- Lead daily kitchen cleaning activities, including floor care and waste management.
- Coordinate preparation and setup of clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous substances.
- Identify and report hazards or equipment maintenance needs promptly.
- Train, mentor, and develop the stewarding team to achieve operational excellence.
