Role Overview
The AI & Automation Engineer – Finance & Operations will be responsible for building and maintaining AI‑driven automation solutions that support financial processes. This includes designing workflows, integrating with existing financial systems, and creating dashboards that provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, including large language models (LLMs), to automate financial tasks.
• Build end‑to‑end automation pipelines using Python, JavaScript, and SQL, leveraging orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
• Create and maintain data models that support reporting and analytics.
• Develop interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize key metrics for finance and accounting teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document system architecture, data flows, and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML, LLMs, and automation.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong background in workflow design and orchestration tools.
• Experience with data modeling and dashboard development using BI platforms.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
