Cypher, a private cloud‑based accounting and CFO services provider headquartered in Casablanca, is looking for a highly skilled AI & Automation Engineer to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building end‑to‑end AI solutions that automate complex financial processes, integrate with leading accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage, and deliver real‑time dashboards for senior finance leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing AI/ML pipelines that process large volumes of financial data.
• Developing large‑language‑model (LLM) applications to extract insights from unstructured documents.
• Automating repetitive tasks across multiple accounting systems using Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Creating orchestration workflows that coordinate data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
• Building interactive dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators.
• Collaborating with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Documenting architecture, code, and best practices to ensure maintainability and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or Finance, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and French.
