The AI & Automation Engineer – Finance Ops position is central to our product strategy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining AI‑driven automation pipelines that integrate seamlessly with our cloud accounting platform. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes for our clients, enabling them to focus on strategic growth rather than manual data entry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing AI/ML models, including large language models (LLMs), to automate routine financial tasks such as transaction categorization, reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
• Developing end‑to‑end automation workflows that orchestrate data ingestion from various sources (bank feeds, ERP systems, spreadsheets) into our cloud infrastructure.
• Writing clean, maintainable code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and finance experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Creating interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide CFOs and finance teams with actionable insights.
• Documenting processes, code, and system architecture to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
