    About the Position

    Cypher is a cutting‑edge, tech‑driven accounting and CFO firm that empowers businesses with cloud‑based financial solutions. We are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production‑grade AI systems that streamline finance, accounting, and operational processes.

    Your Role

    AI Solution Development – Build and fine‑tune large language models, intelligent agents, machine learning pipelines, and rule‑based systems to automate routine tasks.

    Automation Architecture – Design end‑to‑end workflows, orchestrate data pipelines, and integrate with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, CRM platforms, and internal tools.

    Data & Dashboard Engineering – Model financial data, create robust dashboards, and deliver insights on cash flow, forecasts, and key performance indicators.

    Your Team

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of finance professionals, data scientists, and cloud engineers. Work closely with accounting and finance stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.

    Qualifications

    • 3‑5 years of experience in AI/ML, LLMs, and automation.
    • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
    • Expertise in workflow automation, orchestration tools, data modeling, and dashboard development.
    • Experience working with accounting/finance teams and understanding of financial statements, close processes, and management reporting.
    • Strong documentation and execution skills.
    • Fluency in English and French.
